Refund policy

First payment: 14 days, no questions

If Owner Pro, Provider Pro or a barn plan is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, and cancel the plan.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law requires it or a renewal happened by our mistake. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged; yearly subscribers get a reminder 15 to 21 days ahead.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
