Terms of service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MB Chetny, registration number 308039008, Meklos g. 6, Labunava, Kedainiu r. (“Equiny”, “we”). By using Equiny you agree to them.

The service

Equiny helps you keep care records for horses, get reminders, share records with others, and find and book horse care professionals. Reminders and care plans are general guidance, not veterinary advice: talk to your vet about your horse’s needs.

Your account

You need an email address you control. Keep access to it secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in. You must be 13 or older. One person per account.

Your content

Records, photos and documents you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them to the people you choose, only to run Equiny. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful.

Sharing and transfers

When you share a horse, the people you invite can see and add what their role allows. When a horse changes hands through Equiny, its shared history can go with it; private notes do not.

Service providers

Farriers, vets and other professionals listed on Equiny are independent. They set their own prices and are responsible for their work. Reviews come only from completed visits booked through Equiny and reflect the reviewer’s opinion.

Paid plans

Paid plans are described in the subscription terms, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

No misuse: no attempts to access others’ data, overload the service, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice and a chance to download your records.

Disclaimers and liability

Equiny is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not take away the protection that the consumer laws of the place where you live give you.
